About George Chidi
George Chidi, Neon Flag’s founder, is a journalist and researcher in suburban Atlanta. George has covered crime, politics, technology and business over a 16-year career, most recently with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution as a growth, crime and general assignment reporter.
George earned a B.A. in journalism with a minor in Arabic and Middle Eastern studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a 2010 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology MBA program, as a merit scholarship awardee and 2009 Outstanding Student of the Year. George began his career with the 25th Infantry Division as a staff writer for the Hawaii Army Weekly.
